What services do you offer?

I provide individual therapy sessions to adults and adolescents. I also complete ADHD and Autism assessments.

Do I need a referral?

A referral is not necessary to book an appointment, although to access Medicare rebates you will need a referral from a GP or psychiatrist.

Clients can ask their GP to send their referral to admin@soulfulgrowthpsychology.com

Do you work with children?

Unfortunately not at this time. I support individuals from 14-65 years.

What type of therapies do you offer?

I provide a range of therapies including but not limited to:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. For further information on some of these therapies, see the services page

Hours of operation

Appointments are currently available on Tuesdays between 7am - 3pm PM AEST. After hours and weekend appointments are available on request however, are subjected to availability.

What to expect

In your first session the focus will be on understanding the difficulties that you are seeking help with. You can expect to be asked a number of questions so that we are able to reach a shared understanding of the problems and a path forward.

Over the course of our work together, you will develop a greater understanding of yourself, and work toward making lasting change. The intensity and pace of therapy sessions will vary depending on your individual preference. This can be flexible to your needs as they change.

What are your fees?

A standard 50-minute consultation is $210. Adjustments to the standard fee may be accommodated and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

• You will receive a rebate of $96.65 with a current Mental Health Care Plan.

ADHD and Autism assessments are priced between $1100-1800. See my fees and pricing page for further details.

Payment process

Payments are processed electronically via a secure online payment platform after each session. If you are eligible for Medicare rebates, a claim will automatically be submitted on your behalf.

What should I do if I’m in crisis or have an emergency?
